Welcome to Dallas Confidential!

Thank you for expressing interest in dining at Dallas Confidential (DC)! Our 7-course menu changes weekly based on availability of the freshest products in season.

When you visit us, you are dining in our private dining club. For this reason, we do not disclose its location until your reservation is confirmed. It is casual and unpretentious.

That morning, we shop and cook just for you and the guests who will dine with us that evening. We shop the old-fashioned way. We visit each purveyor: from the fishmonger to the organic grocer to our own garden, and select the freshest, naturally-raised, locally-grown ingredients to inspire our menu for the evening. Everything is prepared from scratch with no additives or fillers.

Our dinners begin at 7:15PM Sharp! No Late Entry! Please feel free to enter as early as 6:00PM and enjoy a cocktail or some wines that will be available for sale. Then, sit back and enjoy the chef’s specialties & authentic recipes.

The table is yours for the evening

We accept only one reservation per group each evening (Tues, Fri, Sat). This allows for leisurely European-style dining where you may escape the scheduled world, break bread and truly re-connect with friends and loved ones. 

How Much

$229 (less gratuity). Wines by the bottle or glass, and of course our reserve list, will be available.
